This Privacy Policy explains what information Zane Kazan (“I,” “me,” or “my”) collects through zanekazan.com (the “Site”), how it’s used, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
Who is responsible
The Site is operated by Zane Kazan, an individual based in New York, United States. For any privacy question or request, email zane@zanekazan.com.
Information I collect
Guest List sign-ups: your email address and whether you agreed to receive marketing emails.
Contact form messages: your name, email address, and the message you send.
Usage data: basic, aggregated information about how the Site is used, such as pages viewed, referring websites, device and browser type, and approximate location. This is collected by the Site’s hosting provider.
I don’t ask for payment details, government IDs, or other sensitive information on this Site.
How I use your information
To send the Guest List emails you signed up for, including exclusive offers and updates.
To reply to messages you send through the contact form or by email.
To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
To comply with the law and protect the Site and its visitors.
Who I share it with
I don’t sell or rent your personal information. I share it only with service providers that help run the Site and the Guest List:
Framer, which hosts the Site, processes contact form submissions, and provides Site analytics.
Make.com, which passes Guest List sign-ups to my email platform.
EmailOctopus, which stores the Guest List and sends the emails.
These providers may only use your information to provide their services. I may also disclose information if required by law.
Marketing emails and unsubscribing
I only send Guest List emails to people who check the consent box when signing up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can also email zane@zanekazan.com to be removed.
Links to other sites
The Site links to third-party websites, including OnlyFans, JustFor.Fans, and social media platforms. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and I’m not responsible for how they handle your information.
Age requirement
This Site is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, email zane@zanekazan.com and it will be deleted.
How long I keep information
Guest List information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be deleted. Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record keeping.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing zane@zanekazan.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and I’ll honor requests as required.
Security
I use reputable service providers and take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
